At House of Ceramics, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If your handcrafted ceramics aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the ceramics in their original protective packaging and double-box the items to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
